We are looking for Outsystems Architect & Tech Lead to join our company, in one of our projects, in the mobility sector, located in Oeiras. The Outsystems Architect & Tech Lead will play a crucial role in the development team, overseeing the design and implementation of complex Outsystems solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of the Outsystems platform, expertise in integrating with existing architectures, and the ability to lead and mentor other developers. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure project goals are met with a high level of quality.

Tasks:

• Design and architect scalable web applications using the Outsystems platform.
• Guide and support developers in best practices for using Outsystems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Ensure code quality and compliance with company standards through code reviews and mentorship.
• Lead technical discussions and present architectural solutions to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on Outsystems features and best practices to drive innovation within the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Outsystems Architect or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Deep technical knowledge of the Outsystems platform and its capabilities.
• Experience in leading development teams and mentoring junior developers.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and project management principles.
• Proficiency in integration with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Relevant certifications in Outsystems or architecture frameworks are a plus.

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid (2/3 times a week in the office).
