a HR Business Partner to join our company in our Lisbon Office.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
- Degree qualified and Master Degree in HR
- Excellent PC skills
- Solid understanding of IT Business our IT Profiles demands.
- Minimum of 5 years operational HR experience at either HR Manager or HR Business Partner level in a IT Consultancy company our a IT provider.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English - mandatory
- Available to work in hybrid model - office & home
Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with the project's goals.
- Onboarding and Integration: Develop onboarding programs for seamless integration.
- Employee Engagement: Design initiatives for higher engagement and satisfaction.
- Performance Management: Implement effective performance processes and provide guidance.
- Learning and Development: Identify skills gaps and create tailored training plans.
- Change Management: Support employees during change, facilitating communication.
- Employee Relations: Act as a mediator, ensuring fair treatment and resolving conflicts.
- Succession Planning: Collaborate on identifying key talents and developing plans.
- People/HR Processes Design: Design, implement, and improve HR processes for efficiency.
- Well-being Initiatives: Monitor factors impacting team mental and physical health.
